Istore Brooklyn is the worst

PLEASE GET YOUR IPHONE AT ANY STORE BUT NOT ISTORE...ESPECIALLY NOT IN BROOKLYN... I went to the iStore in Brooklyn this festive (23rd December 2021). I was told that the new Iphone 13 Pro would be made available for me. Sales consultant Darion simply sold it to someone else without even waiting 4 hours...I returned the very same day and was only 2 minutes later than the agreed on time. He used that as a scapegoat and told me I'm too late.

I came the very next day after he managed to console me and tell me that an iphone Max 13 Graphite color will be reserved for me. After waiting an hour in that Brooklyn istore he told me they are acctually out of stock.

I was furious after being misled. But when i spoke to the manager Paul from the brooklyn istore, he could not be bothered at all. It felt racial, but I have no proof.

What i do have proof of is that Istore has stopped caring about it's clients. many stores in the country are experiencing shortages of Iphones but the manner in which Istore Brooklyn is going about it is terrible.

In addition to this. Istore Menlyn and Brooklyn are incapable of handling high volumes of clients. It's about 45 minute turnaround time for every customer opting for a contract. But before you can go through the 45 minute process, you first need to be in front of the queue. At Brooklyn, I waited instore, then i had breakfast and a restaurant, then i took long walks with a friend trying to disocver new stores in the mall. and by the time i returned i was told by paul that there are 3 customers in front of me so i should lose patience
