IStore Ballito repair needs some training.

Made an online booking to replace the battery of my iPad at iStore Ballito. Arrived an hour early. Told me they could only help me at the appointed time. It was not possible to leave the machine with them so the could fix it at the appointed time. When we came back one hour later they told me iPad batteries cannot be replaced because the machine is sealed. I think your repair people need some serious training. Brought the iPad somewhere else and 2 days later I got it back with a new battery.
