iStore Ballito Junctions horrible service

iStore service is horrible, both online and Ballito Junctions. I've been trying to apply for a contract , they always have excuses not to assist me. One of the consultants said no one has Telkom credentials on Saturday so they cannot assist me. The same consultant was assisting white people with a Telkom contract yesterday and he still refused to assist me again. He told me he is using someone else's credentials but knocking off . I was told he was the only one working on new contracts. I'm wondering if Ballito Junctions iStore doesn't have consultants to assist with new contracts or their consultants only assist certain people.
