istore bad service

I want to take out cell phone contract for my dad that is in Calitzdorp on his behalf. I visited i store and they said i need permision letter and id from my dad that i can sign on his behalf. I visited today and the staff said they cant help me my dad have to be here. Why did i store told me that the first time wen i requested. The staff was not helpfull. You have lost customer.
