iStore at Canal Walk, Cape Town - best customer service around

Had the most exceptional experience at the iStore in Canal Walk, Cape town yesterday. It was an extremely busy day but despite the chaos, the manager and staff were able to not only help me with my purchase but do the impossible. The level of service I received was absolutely outstanding and I cannot rave more about how friendly, knowledgeable and helpful the staff were. I must also commend the manager on his patience, professionalism and will to ensure that each customer is timorously helped and that they are listened to.
