Istore - Apple 14 Pro Max

Worst Istore service, they guys at table bay mall have no clue what is going on and they just come up with weird stories. I purchased my iphone 14 pro max from there. The device was heating badly around the camera from day 1 and I reported that to the store. The guy over there told me apple is aware of the heating issues hence they are releasing multiple software upgrades. He advised that we should follow the process of elimination and not use 5G (I literally didn't have Sim in the device yet - but 5G could be the issue). Nonetheless I kept the phone and kept my usage to the minimum, the device continued to head while I am doing basic things like browsing the web or watching YouTube. I called Isupport, they advised they are unaware of any heating issues with the 14 pro Max and that the guy is basically selling me stories. the devise was supposed to be exchanged and I was supposed to receive a replacement since day one i returned to the store later that day, 10 days later and reported the same thing to the store manager who recognized that the phone is heating whole it's sitting in front of him locked with nothing being done on it. Though he called the technical team and an arrogant guy came out to tell me it's the way or the highway, the phone should go to the service centre for diagnosis and for that they need to open my brand new phone to figure out what is the issue and why is it that my brand-new phone is heating. I was against opening the phone,and against signing a document that says they are not responsible if the phone get damaged or if I lose all my data. I was forced to sign by the end of the day, otherwise I will be sitting with a heating problematic phone. 3 days passed by, today I received a call asking my permission to delete all the data on my phone as they have to reset it to do further testing. All i wanted is for Apple to keep their promise and replace my brand new problematic phone. I didnt want it to be open while i just took it out of the box.
