iStore and really bad service

ordered a drone from them and 13days later still no drone. customer care seems very busy sorting out their **** service cause they take their time to get back to you that's if they do. they tell you different stories to what their website says about delivery times. they leave you on hold for 30mins and when they say it will be delivered today its a lie. now i want a refund and they still want to deliver the drone Only reason i bought a drone from them was because my insurance paid out my phone with a gift card.
