My insurance will this company started 05 Jan 2025 , the said their would deduct the 1st prorated prem on the 5th but never did. My debit order date is the 25 of each month. They have never debited me but the 25 of Jan they decided to withdraw my policy. Called their call center 3 times and the service was pathetic. One agent even made a stupid joke when I asked why my policy was cancelled he said they don’t want to do business with people whose name starts with S, I asked them to confirm my last 4 acc digits but they didn’t do that on the call. today is the 25th of Feb and they did not debit. Your customer service is pathetic, you need to do better.
