ISTORE A DISGRACE

avoid at all cost.Wasted 3 days of my daughters time.She lives with me and i gave her a certified copy of my i/d for proof of residence purposes.They refused to accept it notwithstanding the fact that the call centre said per Zante that a copy was fine.They kept changing the goalposts.So everyone of my tenants I need to give my original i/d whenever they need proof of residence,obviously not,a copy is accepted all over.This was clearly a case of haras*****t therefore I will not do any business with them.In the end they finally accepted the copy.So after 3 days of up and down they finally accepted the copy.WHAT A PATHETIC STORE AND WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE
