iStore

I have just been to the IStore to trade in my iPhone and do an upgrade. I did the upgrade submission on the website and it said I could possibly get R5500.00. They checked out my iPhone and there was 1 tiny scratch on the side, otherwise the iPhone was in great condition. I can now only get R4000.00 trade in and if I want to use it to open a new contract I must pay in R2000.00 because they only work on R6000.00 and R8000.00. This now becomes a disadvantage to clients wanting to trade and no where do they clearly state you can only trade in these amounts. This now becomes a pay in not a trade in.
