Good day On the 30th I went to Istore @ The Glen Mall They did everything hand in the documents. Yet I stayed there for about 2 hours waiting for their system to approve me. Then I was told to wait till the next day.. Come Monday I was told to come and fetch the phone I couldn't since I was @ work.. Ohk fast forward I went Saturday on the 6th I waited there I paid access fee for R2500 so that I can get the phone.. I waited there for an hour after waiting I was told that I won't get the phone because of my payslip.. I'm like they should have told me this during the week before me coming there on Saturday since they said I should come. Mind you I was assisted by Ayandaor Asanda (lady).. While I was sitting there waiting for long I was told that's I don't qualify. @the same time Data was loaded and airtime since I app**** for contract phone..noe I have to pay for something thst I didn't get. I'm piessed cuz the contract is on and I don't have the Phone.
