I had taken in my phone for repair because the home button was unresponsive. The technicain said they don't have any loan phones so I can bring back my phone later and they can still fix it under my icare. I returned the phone 8 days later and they refused to fix it for me. They said I need to pay as my icare had expired. The phone worked when I took it in but now it wont even switch on.
