<p>I had took up a contract with apple istore in durban and after weeks of using the device i startd experiencing problems with the device i then sent the phone back to them and they booked my phone in and billed me for physical nd liquid damage which i declined because i've never droped the device oh droped it in water so when my phone came back to me with scraths and dents on it so i sent it back to the service center claiming that there was no physical damage nd liguid damage on my phone and on da 2nd occasion my phone was booked in i was billed for a diffrent damage which was interl screen damage so im still confused as what the real problem is after 3months of them having my device they sent it back to me damaged they service is reali disgusting for a brand like apple and i've been using they product for thr past 4 years</p>
