Sandon branch, you could do better, I've been there with my kids aiming to purchase a few phones and a MacBook. The staff is really unprofessional, despite been standing for more than 10 min, no one even care that we do exist, as some of the male staff were so distracted by few female customers (I can bet personal rather than professional), I asked a young lady to give us a moment and her response is that (I am currently busy, I will see if someone can help) with apparent angry attitude, and no one comes! after a further 9-10 min (so >20 min in total), I asked another guy (I was really frustrated) if can someone help, and he totally kept looking at us and did not even bother to help. We had to leave at that moment because it was simply a humiliation. The store wasn't even busy (I've seen some busy days when you can't blame the staff) as there were barely 12 people inside (half were just browsing). This is a real shock. Not only we were asking for help with the product, but we were ready to purchase x3 iPhones and x1 Macbook. I assume iStores are in no need for business. Goodbye
