iPod Pro 3 feature not available

I would like to share my experience with you regarding The Core Group, who run the iStore's and are the resellers for Apple products in South Africa. I wanted to purchase a iPod Pro 3 and AI advised me not to as a major feature was not available in South Africa - "Hearing Aid feature". After jumping through many hurdles, I managed to find out that this major feature is NOT available in SA. I have tried to get a reason from The Core Group as to why SA is not on Apple's availability listing for this feature or is anything being done to get SA authorised, however The Core Group has refused to answer my questions! Yet, they are still prepared to charge a premium price for a product that is missing a MAJOR feature. BUYER'S BEWARE
