IPhone X not worth it!!

April this year we upgraded from Samsung to IPhone X. My husband and daughter phone are both fine no problem. But mine is now the 3rd time to go In!! Day one of starting up phone is was blocked with a code I did not set had to go into VODACOM for them to reset phone. A month later was taken back in again and sent in because phone would not charge. Now 3rd time going in again phone not charging again!!! Clearly there is a fault with this phone!!! I've been told it must be sent in again and who knows how long it will take never mind we leaving for holiday end if wee**** A R25000.00 rand phone??? Top of range??? Was not even offered a replacement phone! I do not want to go back to iPhone!! WHY CAN my phone not be replaced??? I'll go back to Samsung thanks!!!
