iPhone upgrade

It’s ridiculous that I apply for an upgrade in December and 2 months later I still am nowhere near to receiving a new phone. I am told about not having stock etc. every 2nd week there is a different excuse as to why I can’t receive my order. 1st the color I ordered did not arrive apparently. 2nd excuse is that no iPhone 12 pros arrived only pro max (so this exposes the lies they tell people) Next time Nokwanda Bhengu and her manager **** to me to say they going to escalate something for some reason and that the least they will do is keep me in the loop (another lie because I had to contact them for the next excuse) 3rd lie is that the storage option I selected this time did not arrive only the option that is more expensive.

So I would like to know from iStore online Team, if my iPhone 12 will arrive in conjunction with the launch of the iPhone 13?

There is no ways they can be shooting into dark like this regarding stock. This is not a start up company that is still finding their way.
