iPhone service **** - Apple Sandton City

I lef my iPhone SE to repair the screeen. I was surprised to receive a message the following day with the information that my phone was irresponsive. In the same e-mail it was suggested that I need a new phone value R10 0000. Upon the collection, the attendant left me standing without even finalize the service, as the iphone finde was enable. He didn´t even greet or said thank so. He continued doing something else and told me to leave. I would to recommend Apple client no to use its service as they do not repair anything, but use this area a marketing to upsell. After that I went to The Real Repair Co, just a few steps across Apple store in Sandton City. Within one hour, I had a new screen. Apple service charged R250 as a service fee to only remove my screen protector, leave my phone with 1% battery back and just to look it over to offer me to buy a new cell phone. So, in conclusion, for me this was a **** to get me in the store, get my money and try go get ven more money out of my pocket. Sorry, Apple, but it didn´t buy you anymore.
