Iphone Pre owned store run away!!!

Bought a pre owned phone as a.present that had a problem on day 3. Asked for it to be collected and a substitute phone to be be supp**** to replace this unit. It's now 3 weeks of no phone and escalation after escalation R23 k later. ********** customer service and blame shifting. That's why I will never buy an i phone for myself.
