IPhone order - ***

I am an extremely disappointed customer of I Store I placed an order for the Iphone Pro before 10h00 on Wednesday 23rd November 2021, and I'm still awaiting my query to be resolved. I don't have a phone at the moment. My order number is ***, and my reference number with Istore is ***1, which I logged yesterday. My order has been cancelled for no reason whatsoever, and I've attached two vouchers to my order calculating to R21650.00. The amount that I still owe is R849.00. I attached my credit card details for the deduction but nothing has happened. I also spoke to the consultants and Feroz, the Team Leader promised to get back to me within an hour and I haven't heard from him since. The call to Feroz was yesterday morning!
