iPhone Bully Tacticts

- So my iPhone 6 started having call volume in ear problems. - I take it to iStore Centurion who gives me a "not able to fix" certificate for my insurance. - Insurance replace iPhone 6. Six months later - same issue. - Under warranty it is send to the repair center (yes that one that you can not talk to ********** ) - Because of small chip on screen, warranty is void and a quote of R3000 is submitted. - Google indicate that the speaker screen might have lint from pocket in screen, check, fix phone 1 - whala! problem sorted - Inform ********** that they must check....sorry can not do that - *****s! - Phone is returned, conversation with store manager indicates that if any small chip on screen, warranty is no longer. Thus if I buy a new car and get a chip on the window the warranty on my engine is no longer valid!!! - Take 2nd phone home, clean screen in front of speaker - whalla! fixed - *****s!

I will report this to the authorities under the Consumer Protection Act!
