iPhone 7 Pre-Order - Online iStore bad service

<p>On 11/10/2016 I completed the online pre-order for an iPhone 7 plus. The PayU payment system deducted money from my account but failed to generate the order. On following up I was told I cannot get the phone since there is no order and needed to provide proof of payment from my Bank. I sent it through and it's been 3 days without a response and each time I call I am told they are awaiting Finance feedback.</p> <p>I just need to be refunded my money and go buy the phone somewhere else since I was failed by the very system they claim to be secure and reliable for online purchases.</p>
