iPhone 11 Pro bad quality - iStore unable to fix their own product

I got my wife and myself the Apple IPhone 11 Pro 256gig in May 2020. My wife’a screen cracked only 3 months after having the phone. My back glass cracked a chipped shortly after. Very disappointed in the quality of the IPhone 11 Pro screen. After having the 8+ for more than 2 years with the screens not cracked or damaged only to get the newer version and have broken screens a few months after having the phone. iStore responded that they do not repair the black glass of IPhones. Spend a lot of money on Phones that only last a few months and either pay a large sum to fix it or get told they don’t fix it.
