iPhone 11 no charger and no adapter

iStore Pavilion - poor service. I picked up a new iPhone 11 and only found out when I got home that there is no charger with the phone. The cable that comes with the phone requires an additional USB adapter. The sales lady failed to mention that I would need to purchase the adapter. Their website is not allowing any new reviews.
