IPad fails after 18 months.

My ipad screen went black after 18 months. IStore said Apple do not keep spares in RSA so I would need a complete motherboard at cost overR11000. I complained to iStore but got nowhere. Eventually after an attempt at the Small Claims Court iStore offered R5000 credit but as it was subject to a Non Disclosure Agreement I declined. So many hours wasted and still no compensation. I am very unhappy.
