Bad customer service from Istore east gate.

I really don’t understand why companies take customer service for granted. We always have to resort to Hellopeter to get some sort of attention and service.

This companies are just after money and don’t have no care whatsoever for their clients.

I recently have taken up a cell phone contract with the Istore in east gate. All I have been asking for the past week is for a copy of the contract to be emailed and to no avail till now. When you call the call centre they will always tell you that they have escalated the query to the store and I was told that turn around time is 2 hours.

I’m in shock that 3 days later I’m still waiting for the email. My query was supposedly escalated to management clearly they are very *********** because they can’t delegate a query or rather do it themselves.

I’m appalled and disgusted !!! Can I have a copy of my contract that’s all I want!!!!!!!!!
