Absolutely disgusted in apple for employing *********** staff!!! I went into the to take out a second contract on the Vodacom network on Sunday 25.05.2019 however they lady helping me brought up my profile and only confirmed my name, she failed to check if the information on her system was correct and didn’t confirm any information on the system with me as a result my credit check failed and when we went through it afterwards even though it was toO late she realized that my employment information was incorrect. She went on to change it without taking a screen shot in order to make a complaint and just changed it. With everything happening in the industry at the moment I thought apple would take full advantage and remind the people of why we choose apple in the 1st place. Really disappointed in apple. Not once did the consultant apologize for anything... So much for customer service
