Impressed with knowledge of FAZAL at I store!!

I was at t helpdesk (BROOKLYN I STORE) and Fazal was assisting me. He was very knowledgeble and helpful! On top he had utmost patience, friendly guy and within a few minutes my problem was solved! Thank you FAZAL!!!
