Impossible to get a hold of

I don't usually write reviews, but I am just utterly frustrated by how terribly difficult it is to get a hold of a branch. It is Sunday and no matter what number I call I get patched through the call centre which is closed. All I wanted to do was confirm a product is in stock before driving to the branch, but all I get is the main menu and 'unfortunately our call centre is closed.' I've contacted every number I could find online and I am stuck without any help or assistance.
