If you not dressed a certain way or white forget about getting service

I write this email with a heavy heart. I have noticed a rather disturbing trend in your stores, were customers that are not dressed in a stylish way are not offered help and attended to. This happened 3 times already. I have honestly overlooked the 1st two times but I couldn’t take it the 3rd time.

I ordered an iphone 11 at the cresta istore and I had to come to pick it up. I was greeted cheerfully by a young man at the door and directed me to go stand in line. As I stood in line I had noticed that most people were offered assistant by the floor stuff and they kept checking if they were okay. About 30min passed while standing on my own , no one offering to help me. I honestly felt out of place.

Further more there was an old lady that had just stood behind me and another young lady behind her. One of the stuff members approached her and asked what was she there for ? and was even offered a chair. The young lady who was also in the line was approached and also offered a chair while she waits. This is all done while I stood waiting to be assisted.

I was so fed up I eventually went back to the entrance and demanded that I be helped immediately. Took him 10min to take my phone from the back of the store and process payment. The guy who helped me didn’t even bother to open my phone box , show me that I don’t have a charger or even set up my phone. I get home and to my surprised the box only has a phone.

I have never been undermined so much in my life. This was supposed to be a great day with a new phone but it turned out to be the exact opposite. Highly disappointed in how I was treated
