ICare not!

My previous phone doesn't last 3 minutes even if on charge, they said they have to send phone in and this can take a few days... which i did not have as I am not from Pretoria, after buying the new iPhone 11, my sim got stuck in phone, common issue by the looks of it on older models go google it, whoever the problem is getting a technician to assist!!! no technician was able to open the phone as the technicians who could was not available at menlyn nor centurion as the store manager at menlyn tried to call the other branches, they could only assist me on Monday but i am not available on Monday as i am not from Pretoria! I was planning to buy another phone for my wife as well but after this experience I will not even consider it I will not even suggest IStore to my enemies...

ICare? more like I do not Care!!
