I will NEVER buy an Apple product again!

I will NEVER buy an Apple product again. Despite the changes in the consumer protection act, they will not replace a faulty device, even though mine was brand-new. I have repeatedly brought my MacBook Air in since I bought it as it drops internet connection every 15 minutes or so, only to be told there is no problem. My brand-new SE iPhone, advertised as having a battery life of 13 hours of usage, runs flat after 5. The store technicians allow that there is a problem, yet when t was sent it, I am told there is no problem. The manager at the George I-store, Michelle, is rude and obnoxious, and when I said I wanted a new device, said that I must 'take it up with the consumer protection act!'
