I was sold a used pair as new

I purchased a new set of AirPods on April 27, 2023 but the left ear unit was not working. I returned the AirPods on April 28th and was promised a brand new replacement for the entire set since my set was faulty from the box. I got a text back more than a week later to come and pick up my AirPods. They replaced the left unit with a used one that runs out of power before the right one. That is a *****ed business practice because I purchased a new set and they gave me a used pair. I sent an email to *** which was just ignored as usual.
