I want my refund

Please do not make the mistake I made of thinking you’d get decent customer service from iStore. I ordered something small yet significant online last week Monday (06 Feb 23). I was told it will take 2 days. Not only did I not get it in those 2 days as promised, it is now Tuesday the 14 Feb 23 and I still do not have the item I purchased online. Granted, there was an unfortunate circumstance that happened but if I did not call the courier company, I would’ve never known. And also not once has istore contacted me even though they know what happened. I don’t want the item anymore, I want my money back. I was promised that I would get a call today from the courier and as I told Mbali, that would not and it did not happen. I want my refund Istore online! Absolutely pathetic service.
