I want my money back Istore: Over 12 business days waiting for my refund from Istore

On the 17th of February i went to the istore in fourways mall Johannesburg to return a purchase i had made a few days ago. I submitted all the necessary documents in this regard however i have not yet received my refund. The Manager at the store advised that i will be getting my refund between 4 - 7 working business days. I then went again to istore on the 2nd of March to follow up on this. I i did not get any resolutions for my pending refund instead i was given excuses and false hope. It is now the 5th of March and i am yet to receive my refund. I have had enough istore. Its been over 10 workings business days and the istore people are mute about my refund. The service at south african istores is giving bottom of the barrel. I have had it with their lack of urgency and professionalism. I want my money back istore. I am left with no choice but to take the legal route because you people are full of sh**.
