I want my money back

I made a purchase online of iPhone 13 with an eft payment order no. *** on the 29th October 2024, I made a mistake in putting a wrong name then after 2days they came to deliver when they scan my ID it wasn't matching with the name on the box they return it back to the shop, I went to east rand mall to lay a complain beacause I've never received my parcel, the manager Ronald from istore East Rand Mall made some enquiries and follow ups, even today I've never got a refund or the phone I'm really disappointed in them with the very poor customer service.
