I’ve payed my insurance for almost 4years it was iPhone 13pro 128G it was a premium cover of 25,849 my monthly debit order of 314 was paid every month.i lost the phone last month and made a claim, i did provide them with all documents that was needed Ive paid access of 2.5k,they only gave me voucher of R12thousand 99rand but my phone was covered with 25,849 I feel like this insurance roped me
