I Store pre owned a ****

I had placed 2 lay up orders with the store on line the order was fully paid, one order was delivered a weeks later after the final payment , 2nd order 3 weeks later still not delivered , no update . the consultants on line keep telling me they are escalating the matter and i will get a call , so far no one has called me to explain the hold up. i then escalated to their complaints email only response i got was which order was delivered they are investigating the matter , no progress repot on the order from both complaints dept and customer service , istore pre owned ZA does not take customers seriously .
