I -Store Pavilion

A few months ago I bought an I phone 15 pro max. When I bought this phone the sales lady told me that I bought top of thr range best phone in the world. Now n few months down the line my phone does not work anymore and sadly I -Store Pavilion tried everything to blame it on whatever except on the phone. After spending 3 hours there they agreed to take in the phone and give me a secondhand phone which only allow me to make calls. No Whatsapp no banking service nothing and that after I asked them BIG please I need my phone to do at least banking transactions. They did a transfer from my phone to the lend phone and told me the apps will work witch did not 😕. Sadly I expected more from that I -Store and it will be my last I Phone if this is the service one gets.
