I was one of the first customers at 9am, to complete an mtn contract, i was refused a sit by the consultant, i stood while completing the contract from 9 am till 11:30, the consultant was rude, undermining me, did not even explain what was being done, she left my confidential documents unattendent (payslips and bank statements). She kept on asking her other colleagues on how to resolve issues, never gave me confidence that she was knowledgeable about the process. When i finally expressed my dissatisfaction with her service she rudly said lets just let it go, i told her you cant say that i am a customer and spending my money. The manager was not very helpful. Final they allocated this rude consultant who was shouting and humiliating me and my husband infront of all the customers. I have never been so humiliated and disrespected consultant was Tas Brighlal and other lady m not sure if she is a supervisor or not
