I store Menlyn service is disgraceful

<br> i am very disgraced by the service of the i store, i have a iPHONE 5 and all of a sudden a part of the screen stopped working, for no reason the phone was not dropped. According to my research there is a connector loose, or connector that needs to be replaced as there is no physical damage to the screen or the phone, infact 70% of the screen is working. I drove 400km to take the phone to the istore in Sandton and i was told it cannot be looked at, i then drove to the Istore in Menlyn and they didn't even look at the phone and told me that it was bought through MTN and i have to take it there even though the lady from the istore confirmed that they can look at it even though it was not bought directly from the istore. <br> The phone is out of warranty by less than a week,and MTN is refusing to look at the phone, so where is the service from Apple ????<br> <br>
