I-Store deliberate delay in refundining my money

I have been waiting for weeks for iStore online to process my refund. Its useless even calling as the agents push blame to another department. Such a disappoint in the SA store - just washing down Apple reputation. My R6k is a lot for me, surely it should not be such an issue for a company that makes billions.

So disgusted and appalled!!!
