I-Store Clearwater Mall.

1. After the receipt of various e-mails from I-Store stating on 23 January 2023 to upgrade my cellular contract.

2. Then I visited I-Store in Clearwater Mall where I spend some two and a half hours whilst i signed the necessary paper work.

3. After confirming that I was due for an upgrade I was informed that the preferred phone was not in stock but that same would be ordered, this will take approximately 3 (three) working days an I would then be called to uplift the phone.

4. I was never phoned and upon myself making a call I was informed that I would only be able to get the phone on 27 April 2023.

5. The said phone was now in stock. I paid a visit to the I-Store on 29 April 2023. After spending an hour in the store I was informed that the phone was now missing an that they would re-order the said phone.

6. Later the same day I was called and informed that the phone has been found and I must come and collect it. I was unable to attend to the store on the same day, but returned on the following day 30 April 2023 only to be informed that I was not due for an upgrade.

7. With the above mentioned, the said the service at I-Store Clearwater Mall is less than desirable and I would not recommend it to anyone.
