I store Clearwater

We ordered apple watch covers after lots of visits to the store and everytime a different story. The manageres said she will phone us as soon as the stock is available. On Wed she phoned to inform us our covers have arrived. Today , Friday we rushed to the store just to be told that the stock is there but they not allowed to sell it because they must first do a quality check. So my question why did sne phone us if they cant sell it to me? We travelled all they way from Krugersdorp. This store is absolutely pathetic. Bad bad service!!!!
