i-Store at Vodaworld, Vodacom Boulevard

I went to the i-Store at Vodaworld on Saturday morning the 19th August 2017. I bought a glass screen cover for my i-Phone 7, a cover for my i-Pad as well as a glass screen cover for my i-Pad. I asked them at the store if they can please assist in fitting the glass screen cover on my phone on which they agreed. After I have paid for everything which amounts to over R2500 the guy started fitting the glass screen cover to my phone. While he was busy another lady approached me asking if I have signed an indemnity form on which I rep**** no, I asked her an indemnity form for what? She then rep**** that they don't take responsibility if the screen cover is not fitted properly. She gave me an indemnity form asking me to sign it. I read through the form and even though I didn't agree I still signed the form because I expected them to know what they are doing. When the guy was finished fitting the screen cover and he handed my phone back to me it was a complete mess. The screen cover was dirty on the inside and it had bubbles on three places caused by dust between the cover and the screen. I then asked the guy who fitted the screen cover if he think I must be happy with how he fitted the screen cover? Another lady, standing next to him at the counter, then rep**** that they don't really know how to fit the "Body Glove" screen protectors on which I rep**** that they can't expect from me to pay for them being ***********, why didn't they say they don't know how to fit the screen cover. I then asked to speak to the manager on which a lady appears at the counter, I asked her if she is the stores manager on which she re**** yes. I explained my whole story to her and she said to me that nobody in the store have received any training to fit those screen covers to the phones. I then rep**** to her why haven't they said so before they started? I had to leave with my R300 screen cover stuffed up by them....... They were not help full at all and had the attitude of you already paid for the cover, so what if we ***** it up......... I then removed the screen cover and gave it back to them stating that I am not interesting in their *******, I also then returned the i-Pad screen cover that I bought....... Please stay away from this store as they have a very arrogant attitude and are not help full at all........
