I mistakenly ordered something that I did not want

I mistakenly ordered something that I did not want. I told them and they kept on sending me emails asking same questions like please confirm if you did not collect your order things like that. Now that they can see that they need to refund me it’s been a month waiting for my money still nothing now I don’t know what to do
