I am very disappointed with the service I received from iStore South Africa. I went there to ask for help with my iPhone screen, which cracked accidentally after my boyfriend dropped it. I was honest about what happened, but the staff were rude and dismissive. They told me they “won’t fix it” and did not even bother to assess the phone or offer any advice, options, or quotation. I walked out feeling embarrassed and unheard. Customers deserve respect and proper assistance, even when the damage wasn’t caused by the store. Their attitude and refusal to help was completely unprofessional.
