I am being made a fool.

<p>I bought an Iphone from MTN at Fairland and 2 or 3months later i reported the issue and they sold me a new charger because the issue was this expensice device is giving me problems when i charge it , the phone worked now the phone started again with the same problem i made an appointment at the Istore in Sandton City and guess what i met this rude white lady by the name of Natasha explained my problem and she said they will not help me cause my screen is cracked now what i cannot understand is what does that have to do with the phone being faulty with charging it became clear to me that this lady is taking me for a stupid cause as she left she speaks in Afrikaans and tells her colleague " Hy is mal hy het die foon self stekend gemaak ek gaan dit nie vat nie", i feel humilated and treated as a fool , had i known thats how Iphone is being run i would never have bought the last 3phones from them cause this is day light ******* this phone is about less than a year and now its not working now they want to give me a lot of excusses about helping me what they are saying is that they will send me an invoice to replace the old one the nerve so i will be buying an iphone every after 6months ? Black people at the store in Sandton City are mistreated , MtN in Fairland could have sorted the issue long ago but they choose to give me another charger , i want my money back</p>
