How long does it take to quote?

Wow - repair service is TERRIBLE. My MacBook was sent in for repairs on the 29th of July. Still struggling to get a quote that makes sense from the technicians. I would phone, but there is only a useless call center number (very smart iStore) and no way to contact the repair center directly. Going on 2 weeks and not even a quote .... bad bad bad iStore.
