Horrible service The Glen Mall

Very disappointed in the level of service at The Glen branch. I went there to get a receipt and quotation on my brother’s behalf and the guy who assisted us Mfundo was not pleasant at all. He walked away while I was speaking to him and refused to speak to my brother on the phone when we were trying to get clarity on the matter. Regardless of whether it was a matter he could assist with or not he treated me like I was nuisance and was very rude. Saying he cannot spend his time on the phone he has people to assist. 100% Would not recommend.
